I wanted to write and thank you for your work last Wednesday with the conference.

I have been verbally advised that the meeting was a huge success and that everybody was delighted not only with the venue, but with the service received throughout ~ that very much started with you and the assistance you gave to them on set up.

I am in negotiation with them about arranging a second conference in September, where I am sure similar assistance will be required. Naturally I will advise in due course, but for now wanted to re-iterate my thanks to you.
